You can request deletion of your ReviseOnline account at any time. Deleting an account permanently removes your personal information, login access and historical usage data, in line with our Privacy Policy. The process depends on whether your account is school-managed or one you created yourself.
School-managed accounts
Most student, teacher and school-leader accounts are created and managed through a school's subscription - often via a roster sync such as Wonde or Microsoft 365, or a school admin upload - so they can't be deleted directly from your own profile.
To request deletion of a school-managed account, ask your school administrator or IT department to remove your access from their system (for example, their Wonde sync or class enrolment). Once your school confirms the removal, email support@reviseonline.com so we can finalise the deletion on our end.
If your school continues to use ReviseOnline, they may choose to disable your access rather than delete your record - for example, to retain class analytics or assessment history for their own reporting requirements. We follow the school's direction on removal versus deletion.
Individual accounts
If you created your own account - including a trial or a direct subscription - you can request full deletion at any time. Email support@reviseonline.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request," including the email address you registered with so we can verify you're the account holder. We'll confirm your identity and process the deletion within 5–7 business days.
What happens when your account is deleted
Your login access is permanently removed, any personal information in your profile is securely deleted, and your assessment progress, analytics and activity logs are removed or anonymised in line with our Privacy Policy.
Can deletion be undone?
No - account deletion is permanent, and data that's been removed or anonymised can't be recovered. If you're not sure yet, ask us about temporary deactivation instead of deletion.
