No - ReviseOnline accounts are strictly individual and can't be shared. Each login is linked to a unique profile that stores your assessment history, analytics, progress tracking and personalised recommendations, so sharing an account risks exposing that data and breaches our Terms of Use.
Every user - students, teachers and administrators alike - needs to log in with their own credentials. This keeps learning insights, performance data and reports accurately attributed to the right person.
If a school needs multiple users, that's not a workaround - it's the standard setup. Schools can provision additional accounts through our system-to-school integration or a bulk onboarding process, giving each person their own login while teachers and administrators keep oversight across the group.
Need to set up access for multiple users or a school-wide licence? Email sales@reviseonline.com.
