What are ReviseOnline's Terms of Service?

The Terms of Service set out the rules for using the ReviseOnline platform - your account, what you're allowed to do with a purchase or licence, and what ReviseOnline is and isn't responsible for. This article summarises the key points; the Terms of Service are the full legal document.

Your account

Keep your account details accurate and your login secure, don't share your account unless it's expressly permitted, and only use the platform within the access and permissions assigned to you. Tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.

Purchases and licences

A purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the relevant ReviseOnline services for your authorised educational purpose and access period - it's a licence to use the content, not ownership of it. School and institutional access is governed by the relevant order or agreement. Our voluntary refund arrangements are separate - see our Refund Policy - and nothing in the Terms limits any consumer guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property and your content

ReviseOnline's content, questions, learning materials and branding belong to ReviseOnline or its licensors, and you may only use them for your educational purpose - not reproduce, resell or redistribute them. If you post your own content (notes, comments, uploads), you keep ownership of it - you're granting us a licence to host and display it so we can run the platform, not handing over ownership.

What we don't guarantee

ReviseOnline provides study tools and resources, but we don't guarantee a particular exam result, grade or admission outcome - official results and requirements come from your school or the relevant education authority. Any predictive or AI-assisted features are indicative aids, not official certification.

Schools and institutional customers

A school agreement, order form or purchase order may include additional terms around licensing, onboarding, support or data handling. Where there's a conflict, the specific institutional agreement applies to that school.
