Schools connect to ReviseOnline using Wonde, a secure third-party platform that links your school's information system (SIS) with ReviseOnline. This is what makes onboarding automatic rather than something your team has to set up manually.
Requesting access
ReviseOnline sends a data request through Wonde, and your school reviews and accepts it - nothing is imported without your school's approval.
Onboarding your students, classes and staff
Once approved, your school's data is imported and used to provision student, teacher and administrator accounts, along with class structures, automatically - so your school is ready to use ReviseOnline without manual account creation.
Staying in sync
After the initial import, ReviseOnline syncs with your school's SIS overnight, so changes made on your end - new enrolments, class changes, staff updates - are reflected in ReviseOnline within a day, without any extra work from your team.
