What does the teacher Insights page show me?

Modified on Thu, 27 Aug at 9:23 AM

Teacher Insights mirrors the same six widgets students see, aggregated across your classes instead of one student's own subjects. You can filter the whole page to "All classes" or to one class at a time.

Exam Readiness

A single readiness score for a class (or blended across every class you teach), combining accuracy, syllabus coverage, and completed marks into one ring.

Performance Trend

Shows how each class's accuracy is changing over time, with a chart across the last 14, 30 or 90 days. This widget reports at the class level rather than breaking results down student by student.

Focus Now

Surfaces the highest-priority gap in each class - its weakest topic and the question type behind it - with a direct link into Create Revision.

Weak Topics

Ranks the lowest-performing topics across a class (or all your classes), with a drill-down into the specific syllabus points behind each one.

Section Reference Performance

Breaks a class's accuracy down by question type, so you can see where the class as a whole is losing the most marks.

Syllabus Coverage

Shows how much of the syllabus a class has engaged with (coverage) and how well they're performing on the parts they have (performance), with a drill-down from class to topic to individual syllabus point.

For individual student-level detail, use the Markbook rather than Insights - Insights is designed for class and cohort trends.
