Once you've set your curriculum plan, Revise automatically delivers a set of assessments to help you stay on track. These come in a few different types, and the exact mix can vary from course to course.
Check Your Understanding
Short, syllabus-point-specific tasks, delivered for regular practice on a single concept as you learn it.
Topic Tests
Combine multiple syllabus points and question types from across a whole topic, delivered to check understanding at the end of a learning sequence.
Exam Builder
Exam-style assessments that combine content across multiple topics or units, reflecting the structure and mark weighting of your curriculum authority's official exams.
Exams
Assessments based on official past exam papers for your curriculum authority (such as WACE, HSC, VCE or QCE), giving you the chance to practise under conditions that mirror the real thing.
Syllabus-to-Date
Later in the year, Revise automatically generates a Syllabus-to-Date assessment covering everything taught so far, giving a cumulative check of understanding across all completed content.
Building your own assessment instead
These automated assessment types have a fixed structure that can't be changed. If you'd rather build something yourself, you have full flexibility to do so using the Create revision portal - see our guide on how Create revision works.
